Education Monday #4

Houston - Ignorance has never liberated one soul. But the will and determination to learn has freed many from the bonds of chains and slavery. Free your dreams and purpose this week and educate your mind...learn about your dreams.

Gone are the days when grown people can blame others for their failures. Ethnicity, social background, or economic status are not the determining factor to what you can learn. The excuse that you were not permitted into a particular institution of learning because you are the wrong color, White or Black, is as tired of an excuse as a well worn pair of 20 year old overalls.  

Learning is a personal choice. Being an active participant of education once we reach a certain age becomes a personal choice. A system may have failed us earlier in life, but once we come to a place of realization of what we are missing we become responsible of committing to the fight to learn. The process may be a struggle, but if we use perseverance as a weapon, we shall succeed.
