You Are What They Need, But...

One of the most important aspects of being served and serving is knowing that many times there are people who are excited to be a part of the team because they know that you have what they need. But do they have what you need?
It is possible for a leader to mistaken what they need with what they want. Want only covers the surface, while need reaches deep into the vision and produces without great strain to the leader.
Time will expose whether a leader's team is comprised of those who mainly meet what is wanted or what is needed.
